The same day I dropped-off my portfolio and resume, I received a call from the human resources director asking when I'd be available to come in for an in-person interview. Within two days, I was in the office interviewing with the CEO. He spent almost three hours with me. Two days later, I came in for a follow-up interview with the account director I would be working with. And by the end of the next day, I had accepted a job offer.
