Some red flags: - Preston Ventures accidentally sent me another candidate's background check form that was already filled out with PII (e.g., SSN). - We had an initial agreement regarding compensation, but it unexpectedly changed during a follow-up discussion - Preston Ventures asked me to send screenshots of me declining other pending offers/interviews I had - When I asked clarifying questions regarding the offer letter, Preston Ventures ultimately rescinded their offer (even after I said I was ready to sign).
