A recruiter reached out on Linkedin. They sent me a hackerrank online coding challenge. After I took this assessment, I was scheduled to have another interview with a data engineer at Preston Ventures. The interview with the data engineer took approximately 1.5 hours. I feel I did pretty well on both sections of the interview at this point. From this point, I was ghosted by Preston Ventures. Nobody contacted me to for any further interviews nor did they let me know I was rejected--just radio silence. I think it's a pretty bad look for an institution to ghost someone after they have begun the interview process. Definitely left a negative impression
