I was invited to an in person interview with three supervisors. They asked about my experience and characteristics, they all seemed to agree I fit the quality needed for the role and I was told in detail all the benefits of the role. They assured me they would be making there decision in a couple days. Over a week later I reached out and was told they went with another candidate but the recruiter I spoke to insisted they had not hired anyone for the position yet. I felt mislead due to how confident they responded to my fit in the company and the role.
