A recruiter saw my resume online, and invited me to a 2 day interviewing session at a conference. I had 3 interviews with people from different divisions of the company. I was offered a job in a position which matched my resume profile, and my interests. The environment at work is very laid back, and as long as one tries to stick to production deadlines, one will be fine.

Entretien
Meeting with two distinguished faculty members about an upcoming internship for college juniors and seniors. First talk to an HR rep at a college career fair, then received a call to interview the next day. The interview was the following day after the phone call and consisted of two people asking a set of questions.

Phone Interview was pretty brief just explaining your experience and reason for interest in the company. About a week later they gave me a call and offered the job and told me when and where to go to begin training

Entretien
The interview experience was positive. Applied through university and got contacted for an interview after 2 weeks. The interview was supposed to be on their "interview day" where all candidates are interviewed on the same day. However, I had a major midterm that day and I told them about the issue. The supervisor was kind enough to reschedule my interview to two days for the "interview day". I only got to know that I was not selected when I saw that they reposted the same job.
