If its off campus hiring process consists of 4-5 telephonic interviews with 2-4 different people.
This process was generally 2 yrs back thing. Now they have changed alot. That time Practo was in expansion stage from 10 cities practo went up to 50+ cities within 2 yrs so hiring process for sales was easy.

I am very happy with interview and the interviewer is friendly and communicated in a decent way. I have communicated with the panel very effectively. The Panel asked about sales process and how it can be done at different Situations.

Entretien
3 stages - GD, PI and HR interview. Smooth process, takes less than 2-3 days. Usually roles are offered in metro cities. Interviewers were cooperative and helpful. Non-technical questions are asked usually.
I applied through College. There were 3 rounds : Group Discussion, Personal Interview and HR Interview. The process was quite easy, you just need good communication skills and have to be interactive.
