A month later get a generic email saying I’m unsuccessful. Asked for feedback and got ignored.
Tried multiple times to follow up with no luck.
They probably already had a candidate in mind before interviewing me.

Applied online and get called for a face to face interview. No phone interview prior. Hiring manager told me what to be prepared to answer and how the role became available. During the interview, it was a relaxing environment with 3 other interviewers with relatively simple questions.
