The school was nice and the human resources department was very friendly and helpful in setting up my interview. I had one interview with Ms. Greasham and was invited back to have a working interview a week later. I was advised to plan a lesson that would take 30 minutes and for a group of 3-4 year olds. I was only given 20 minutes. The children were a bit wild and I was given no support or advise as to their discipline policy or the rules of the classroom, so it was quite awkward to have to correct the children when I wasn't sure about their policies and with their teachers standing right there doing nothing.
