I applied online, and received an email telling me that I have two online interviews pending. You receive a link to complete the interviews by yourself with a webcam. It involves talking to yourself - with no one on the other end. It takes about half an hour to an hour, and you have 30 seconds between seeing the question onscreen and answering it. You can practice before starting the real questions. There is also a written interview, and this was all behavioural questions.
