Informal interview process. Didn't seem on professional level on competing companies. Company is run in Indian way and anyone not from India will feel a bit intimidated. There was just one interview with the manager and nothing else.

The process took place on my college campus.
first round was a test of Aptitude + Java +DBMS
the questions of JAVA and DBMS were basic, nothing complicated
after that a GD was there and finally the interview.

I got a call form one of consultancy from Chennai. Drive was conducted in Bangalore Polaris. We have written test first qualified people were called for technical round and then Manager as well as HR.

In technical had simple conversation basic questions on Core Java and Spring. Manager round was took around one and half hour
