The questions were simple and straight to the point, we had a casual discussion about my experience, some technical questions about business development, and their company, and they explained to me that they do hire candidates that do not have long experience if they are exceptional, but I proved my worth and got the job. They do not limit their search to candidates with decades of experience like typical companies do, what matters to them the most is the culture fit, and I am glad to have had the chance to join the team.
