I applied online for the Connect Leadership Program. I was contacted by a recruiter shortly after via email to set up a "phone screening". I would say the phone screening was more of an interview than a screening, so be prepared to go over your resume, answer questions using the STAR method, etc. Basic behavioral questions were asked. I heard back within a couple of weeks.
