I went to a career fair at my university, gave the recruiter my resume as well as applying online. I was called in for an on-campus interview, it was about 45 minutes. The questions were basic behavioral questions but they are looking for someone who is about to graduate and is willing to take the full spring semester off to be an intern for busy season for 4-55 hours.
