The phone screening process was perfection - the recruiter was kind, honest and very thorough. Very responsive through email as well. The interview with the greater panel was strange - almost seemed like they didn't want to be there. There were four panel members. Two of them were great - very warm, welcoming and thorough as they asked the questions. However, the hiring manager seemed clueless, and the other panelist was asking questions so fast that it was impossible to keep up. Very disappointing process and would never want to work with a team who can't even pull themselves together for an interview.
