Easy 3 touch point process. Recruiter/HR, Team Manager, Department Manager. Haylee is amazing at getting you prepared for the process and what to expect and the rest of the team is kind and empathetic and truly wants to know you. I spoke about how music has impacted my life and talked about concerts before we even asked a question, putting me at ease. Very straightforward and professional process.

The questions were simple and relaxed—mostly about the job role and a few personal ones. Nothing intense, just an easygoing conversation to get a general sense of fit and personality.

Entretien
interviewed for a Customer Success Manager role and went through a two-step process, first with the Talent Acquisition Manager, then with the Manager and Director of Customer Success.
Even though I didn’t get the final offer, the experience was professional, respectful, and well-organized throughout. Everyone I spoke with was thoughtful, transparent, and genuinely passionate about the team and the company culture.
It’s clear they care about finding the right fit on both sides. I walked away with a very positive impression and would absolutely consider applying again in the future.
