Not very impressive interview process. The phone screen went well enough but the face to face meeting was not very professional. The person I interviewed was dressed like she / he was going to the movies and didn't even give me a business card. The main office space was dark and somewhat uninviting as I walked through to the interview room. There was no pulse in the office. The person I interviewed with was nice, though and we got on well. I did not receive any follow up after the interview, even to say I was not successful.
