Quick & hands-on. I was interviewed by MD, Services Head, Support Lead, Java Developer. Apart from face to face interviews, there was a programming test as well. I was interviewed on my technical skills as well as attitude by multiple group of people in a single day. It took around 4-5 hours to complete entire interview process
