Multiple interviews with various staff and stakeholders in the organization. However during the interview process there was a moving goal-post regarding the expectations and nature of employment, (at first, I'd be working directly for a client of their's and they were filling the role on the client's behalf, then it changed that I'd be working for them directly, but no benefits - finally when the offer arrived it did include some benefits). Interviews took place both virtually and in-person.

So far I'm excited about the steps I've taken towards being a team member. I spoke to someone after sending a message the day prior. I was able to ask questions and felt comfortable on the call.
