The interview process went smoothly and lasted approximately 3-4 weeks from initial recruiter contact to job offer. The touch-points included an initial HR screening, an interview with the position's hiring manager, a technical interview with a biostatistician, a take-home data management and analysis assignment, and another technical interview (live R coding session) with data scientists.

A screening interview with the recruiter, followed by an interview with the department head and then a colleague that I'd be expected to worth alongside. After preparing and submitting an intensive assessment, I was rejected without a particular reason. They offered to provide feedback on the interview process but completely ghosted me based after following up multiple times for any sort of feedback. Do not expect any feedback from this organization if you are interested in knowing where you fall short from their expectations.
