Had a 15 minute phone screen where they asked me about my background. But most of it was the interviewer explaining what the company mission was (preserving american supply lines, fighting chinese dominance over rare earths, etc). He only asked very generic questions about my background.

Got an initial phone screen after recording a couple interview questions online, Did not get an offer back but sent me a rejection letter a couple week later. Overall a pretty standard interview practice, but did mention that long hours were common on the job
