It involved a virtual and face to face interview plus an online test. Met with HR, Line manager, online test and an another round with peers/ manager Overall smooth process

First contact to inform that my CV was interesting and some normal questions. After it was the assessment test online. Next step it was an invitation for a day in the assessment center. All the candidates for this job was there, so in the beginning it was a strange. We had the opportunity to a visit on the company, one individual interview, a business case individual and as well one in group (all the candidates with different roles). In this day, for doing the evaluation there was 3 managers and the responsible of this one’s, so 4 person to evaluate the candidates in leadership, soft skills… Regarding the HR, there was 3 present was well. It was really interesting, but sadly there was an intern candidate that was doing a stage in this team that they have recruited, so they have took this person. Honestly I think that it was a “Fake job position” because this job was already for this person. In this side, it was a list of time for me and the other candidates.
