I applied online through Linkedin and their website. I was contacted by the RH team for a quick conversation (motivations, etc) and the conditions were disclosed right in that call. They invited me for a presencial interview with the hiring manager and the dept Director. During this process all of them were really nice and the interviews went smoothly. In the end I got feedback on why they advanced with another candidate.
