I've had 3-step interview procedure: interview with HR, skill-test, interview with hiring manager. The test is quite easy. It is simple test to check your basic in corporate finance. During interview with manager, we discussed role specific details and talked about may attitude. In the end I've been referred for the higher position, but have not succeeded.
