first stage was just a call interview with some simple questions like "tell me about yourself" and "why do you want to work here?". after i was invited for an interview with hiring manager via microsoft teams. during interview they asked about my biggest and best projects, what was the biggest challenge/conflict. they also asked me what was my motivation to work there
