First 30minutes interview with HR who emphasized that it is in particular about values and personality rather than the educated skill set. Prior the face-to-face interviews at Lausanne, I had to do two online assessments which were ok; results were shared with me after the entire process upon request from me. I have not received any personal feedback on the tests. Interviews were scheduled in a row in Lausanne and well organized.
