HR also gives you a brief about the position and the company. For the panel I was interviewed by hiring manager and the Group Head. Very casual. Starts off asking about non work related like family hobbies etc. Then very brief discussion on your experience. Bulk of the interview is more on answering situational questions. Assesses how you handle certain work related situations. Took about 30mins for the HR interview then for the panel around 1.30.
