First you have to complete the survey and video interview. If you continue in the process, in pandemic conditions, there is a virtual assessment day where you can chat with old INKOMPASS' before and after your interview. 30 mins before the interview, they send you a case which you have to be prepared to present in your interview (10 mins). Then, you have to answer some common interview questions.
