2 interviews. One with the recruitment consultancy and one with the Philip Morris talent recruiter manager, which was on-line and prosecute based on competencies. The interviewer was polite and nice, creating a nice atmopher

It was a long process but each interview gave me broader information about what I needed to know about the company and the culture. The methodology used was bases on competences which at the time I was not familiarized with, so I had to prepare myself for every interview.
