It was a little lengthy a process. I applied online, they responded quite quick and asked for an interview. It was a two phase interview and engaging. They were easy and very friendly, the interview went for more than an hour. They were quite impressed with my design works and I think they look for diverse experience in design. Architecture+Graphics is a must in BE team.

The interviewers treated the interview more like a portfolio review, whereby after I finished walking them through a project they would point out all of the things they didn’t like or what they said couldn’t work. Would ask me if I “even considered” trying different things and were generally disrespectful during the interview, interjecting to tell me that my graphics were confusing or not good - I had previously worked in a different PW office and had never had such a poor interview experience.
