Initial, casual meeting and discussion of portfolio and experience. The Interviewer was very forthcoming with information about company culture and expectations. Easy to talk to and provided a good picture of what it would be like to work for the company. The Second interview was more formal with two interviewers. This was a more skills based discussion.
