This interview was for an automation engineer entry role at a pharma plant in Stevenage (GSK).
First, a screening call from their Polish-based HR office with common questions (they ask for salary expectation). The call came roughly after 1 month from the online application and with the phone code from Poland.
Second, a video interview on Teams with the future team leader (based in the US) in which they start by telling you what they do (mainly work on liquid handling for pharma labs, in this role). The interviewer was not taking notes...
Then if you are successful, there will be a on-site interview with one client's representative on-site and somebody else from EP.
I received the rejection email not on a business day and roughly one week later so I didn't had the pleasure to see somebody on-site.
The job posting was live since the beginning of April and still on in mid June: I think they are looking for an unicorn or they are just surveying the job market for the cheap chap, or maybe to look good for investors...bad anyway for job seekers...
