Very odd and poor interview process. A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn regarding the SMB AE position and then had no idea who I was or anything about my resume on the call. Really couldn't answer any questions related to the sales org and gave me broad answers such as "uncapped commission" and "everyone not only hits quota but exceeds it". I have more than enough experience for the role, but I didn't even make it to the sales hiring manager round. Just a gigantic waste of time from a dying company that seems to demand a lot and pay very little for complete outbound sales work.
