Good interview, but was the recruiter deemed me more suitable for the recruiter role and did not tell me this at the start of the call. I asked if the role he was discussing was what I applied to, he said no and insisted I'd be a fit for the recruiter position of which I showed no interest in advance hence applying for the BDM position. Interview was positive and the recruiters comments reflected that I'd advance, however ever since the interview there has been nothing but radio silence. Professional. Salary is good.
