Phone interview with director of IT went well. He then asked me to come in for an in person interview with two other engineers. After 1.5 hours of interviewing and answering questions from the two engineers and the director of IT, I would say it went very smooth. I was even given a tour of the facility and their data center. I was given an offer but HR ended up rescinding their offer even though I was their "top candidate" as I was told by IT manager.
