Very laid back person whom I got interviewed by. Was called the next day to see if I wanted to take the job at 12.12 an hour here in Chicago, IL and I accepted because she was very flexible with giving me days I was able to work and weekends are mandatory but it was not a deal breaker since we get off before 3pm and my husband is off to watch the kids so I guess the job is for someone who doesn't mind part time or weekends.
