I went through an extensive interview process with Paysafe, two screening calls with HR, a call with a hiring manager (Director), an in‑person presentation at their office, and another call with a second Director. Despite the time and preparation invested, I received no feedback at all. I followed up three times and was completely ghosted.
For a company of this size, the lack of basic candidate communication and respect for people’s time is disappointing. The process felt disorganised, and the silence after multiple rounds reflects poorly on their recruitment culture.
