The interview process was very smooth yet detailed. I was first contacted by a recruiter to talk about myself and the role at hand. After I went through a skill screening and was scheduled for an in-person interview shortly after. A couple of days before the interview I was provided with a 10 minute interview preparation phone call with my recruiter. That was especially unique and helpful as I was given specific tips and expectations for the structure of my interview. The interview itself was great and low pressure. It followed the structure I was given and was also very conversational. Everyone I encountered throughout the process from my recruiter to the on-site security personnel to the three people who interviewed me were very nice and personable.

The interview process was simple and in line with most corporate company interviews, I greatly appreciate the time taken out to discuss and prepare for the interview process. It’s was extremely helpful. Eased some Nerves

My interview was great. I met with 4 people and was offered a position the next day. My issue was not with the interview process, but with the credit check. I explained that my late husband and I separated 12 years ago. He passed away in 2016. We had a $5000 loan that I thought he paid in full. I was not made aware otherwise. The account was written off 6 years ago. My offer was revoked because of this. Had I known it was not paid, I would have paid it. I was very excited to get the job offer, and very upset to have to taken away. My background check was clean and my references, were spot on. Paycom missed out on a great employee, due to their actions.
