Throughout the process there was easy communication using the hiring portal on their website. The phone interview was a great way to ask my questions about the position itself and get an idea what the interview process would be like. This associate helps you prepare once the decision is made to move forward with the interview process. The interview itself uses situational questions to see how you handle certain situations situations specific examples are best. Overall the process has been fairly easy.

They want to see how handle unexpected tasks that can be brought to you, in the customer service world this can happen at any time.
Phone screen with recruiter (who if your lucky enough will coach you for the real deal) then virtual interview with managers a few days later, both went well. Standard interview questions.
