I was contacted by a recruiter within 1 week of applying, who called and asked a few questions, one being when a good time to conduct a phone screening, which was set up a few days later. After the phone screening, I was contacted about a week later by the same recruiter to schedule a Zoom interview with hiring managers. This interview was originally intended to be with 2 interviewers but one was absent the day of and ended up only being with 1. This interview was behavioral based and lasted about 45 minutes. I received an offer less than a week after the last interview, which I accepted and took an additional week for onboarding processes (background check , drug screening, tax forms, etc.) The process was very thorough but gave me comfort that I had the same recruiter from start to finish and each person involved shared a passion for the company.

The process moved quickly, took just about two weeks in total. Had a couple of phone screening calls and then an in person interview. Process was smooth and the recruiter I dealt was quick to communicate and follow up with me.
