Entretien
Initial contact and first interview were fine. Everything went downhill in final interview. Interviewer was dressed very unprofessionally. The interviewer did not think the position, which consists of helping people use the Paycom software, was IT related. Interviewer acted like he had already decided not to hire based on my resume before even interviewing me. Also never asked about my most recent job, which I know the interviewer had a similar job before coming to Paycom, I actually knew who the interviewer was but they did not know me.

Interviewer just looked at my resume and grumbled things like, why would you even apply here and shake their head.
