The interview process was intensive and across 2 days. They used a 3rd party recruiting firm to conduct the interviews. Included a role-play and presentation. However that was a few years ago - the process may have changed now.
1st round HR (basic introduction and salary expecations)
2nd round operations (situation based)
Prepare for any past experiences that you can relate with current role which tests your communication skills, organization skills

tout est tres clair et le personnel HR est tres a l'ecoute
le processus est assez simple
la plupart s'effectue a distance, le dernier entretien etait sur place
J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez PayPal (Dublin, Dublin)

Lack of communication between management and recruiter, bad explanation on next steps, wrong approach with talents.
No fair opportunities and always the same people do interview for the role despite many manager working in the same department
