Interview took about 15 minutes, only 5-6 STAR method questions. Two very friendly interviewers, but the store manager seemed to be testing not just me , but them too. Did not get the job, I hope they were able to keep theirs.

The interview consisted of two virtual interview conducted by store managers at other locations, and a phone interview by a local manager. The interviewers were friendly and the actual interviews were straight-forward, but the scheduling over the course of this process was a bit chaotic.

2 rounds of interviews, organized, streamlined, and great questions. They emphasize the importance of environmental philanthropy. Both rounds of interviews were behavioral, and included a mix of specifics and broad personality questions. Both interviewers were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in and engaged with what I had to say.
