Submitted resume through career center at school. Got an email a week later to setup a phone interview. The interview lasted 45 minutes and most of the questions were behavioral, some on projects i had worked on and relative experience. A week later received an email for on site interview. Interview lasted about 3 hours.The first hour was a test not really on web technologies but and on hardware concepts such as micro controllers, embedded devices, some c/c++ concepts, fizz buzz programming question. The second hour was an hour interview with the hiring manager. He asked most experience about previous projects, some technical questions on java script, ajax, html. The last hour was another 1:1 interview with someone else. Overall the experience was good and i felt i did ok. A couple of days later i got an email saying they had offered the position to someone else who had more experience.
