I met with the Creative Director and Senior Copywriter, separately. They were both very kind and knowledgeable. I connected with them immediately. Each interview wasn't long, maybe 20 minutes a piece. They asked general questions about my background and interests/goals. They asked how I handle tough projects and deadlines. And then they both described the role and how I would fit in.
