The recruiting team at Paris made the interview process a very enjoyable experience. They stayed in constant communication with me, and I felt as though I was already a valued employee. After applying online, I was invited to a phone interview where I answered questions about my skills and experience. Shortly after that, I invited in for a face-to-face interview with HR and the team lead. I was given a history of the company and clearly explained how my role and responsibilities would affect the future success of the business. They also expanded on the impressive perks and benefits offered. I was able to have a brief tour of the facilities, which include a newly renovated office, and a working plant and warehouse. After the interview, the team followed up with me through phone calls and emails to see if I had any further questions. They then provided me with a formal offer. I completed all the necessary paperwork and started my new position shortly after that.
