One of the worst processes I’ve even been through . The recruiter seemed so uninterested in her job, the timing and communication was awful , after interviewing for 4 months , the recruiter finally ghosted me. I texted her and she wouldn’t respond , I called her and she alway seemed clueless about where I was in the process or when I should hear something back . I’m honestly so happy I dodged this bullet. Your recruitment process tells you a lot of about an organization. Papa John’s lacks, communication, organization and structure . DO BETTER !
