Quick, calm, and super friendly. Manager and employees were nothing but nice, and I got a free cookie at the end! They offered me a drink when I walked in, had me pick my own seat in the dining room. Came over and had about 4 pages of questions, asked basic things about experience, various scenarios, and where I see myself in 5 years. Also asked what position I would be most comfortable in as they were hiring for the whole store, not just one position.

If you're in the middle of a huge rush and a customer asks you for a towel to wipe off their table, what do you do/say?
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
