The first step was an online "assessment", for which I received an email invitation about 2 weeks after filling out an online application. I was then invited in for three one-hour face-to-face interviews with the hiring manager and two others. The second round was a full day of 8 interviews (including a group lunch) with various team members and potential colleagues.
