The interview process was really nice. I was interviewed by a manager and two software engineers at Pandora. Prepare your own questions before the interview. Be prepared to answer a lot of soft skills questions.
Initial phone screen is without actual human interaction, it's rather a timed video and you have to record yourself. After that process was technical interview for around 70 mins. Half of it was really focusing on technical concepts specific to your role (and they went really in-depth even terms I have never even heard of but I just honestly told them I don't know) and the remaining part was pair coding. Final round was with hiring manager and I heard back after a week that I got the offer

It wasnt good. They already gave offer and still recruiting. They should be transparent with the candidate. They shouldnt waste time of others. Never apply for job in Pandora LLC
