Easy, but I wrote a great cover letter and have a very qualified resume. Three women interviewed me- each was fairly easy going and professional. They asked a lot of resume covered questions as well as creative interests questions. Also asked me to ask them questions. Overall from application to call and interview was a quick process with one face to face interview. I got the position.
